Our Story
Wyndham All-Abilities Football and Cricket Club was founded in 1989 as a founding club of FIDA (Football Integration Development Association), born from a simple but powerful vision: to give everyone with a disability the chance to play sport. For over three decades, we've been proud members of the Wyndham community, dedicated to breaking down barriers and creating inclusive spaces where all members can participate, thrive, and belong.
What We Do
We offer two great sports that bring our community together:
Australian Football - Our AFL program welcomes players with intellectual disabilities, providing them with the opportunity to develop skills, build friendships, and experience the joy of the game.
Cricket - Through our involvement with the Melbourne All-Abilities Cricket Association, we provide an all-abilities cricket program that welcomes participants with any disability, ensuring everyone gets a chance to play the sport they love.
Our Mission
At Wyndham All-Abilities, we believe that sport should be for everyone. We're committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where players with disabilities can develop their abilities, build confidence, make friends, and be part of a vibrant community. Whether it's your first time picking up a football or you've been playing for years, you'll find a home here.
